Fill in my contact form and we can arrange a call or you can move straight to the booking process where a deposit of £200 is required. Once the deposit is received and you have signed my contract which is supplied at time of booking, then you are booked in. Final payment is required one month before the wedding.

6 weeks before your date I will email my planning forms to you. Fill them out then submit them back to me. There's also a section for you to list your group photos and we'll arrange a planning call a week or two before the big day.

On the planning forms that I send through there's a section titled '' Additional photo requests'' .

Here you can add a small selection of photos that are important to you. Your group photo requests are separate to this.

Once your photos are ready then an email will be sent to you with a link to your gallery. Here you can download whatever you wish. Within the gallery you can order albums and prints too (separate cost).

Yes you do - I try to get these to you as quickly as possible but I may have a row of consecutive weddings during the busy months. Rough estimates are:

November - April (2-5 days)

May - October (1-2 weeks)

While I'd like to host your gallery forever, unfortunately it may be impossible to do this as software and websites need to be updated now and then. Your gallery is live for at least 6 months and is a means of delivering the photos to you and should not be used as a permanent storage facility for them. It is your responsibility to download them and back them up as soon as you can.

Once your booking has been confirmed you won't hear from me until I need to send through my planning forms and final invoice around 6 weeks before your wedding but if you have any questions at any point then please contact me by email or phone. Happy to help with any issues or questions you may have. Please don't be alarmed at our long period of silence. You're in experienced hands and our plans together can't be arranged until you're 99% ready for the big day.
